The Fisher Price Learning Pots and Pans Toys are on recall because missing screws in the blue toy pan can cause the clear plastic to come loose and release small balls that could choke your child.

The pots and pans were sold at discount department and toy stores since October of 2007 for about $20. You should check the bottom of the blue pan to make sure all six screws are in place.
