Jan. 04, 2008 -- The following product recalls have been announced: * Medicine cabinets * Boys jackets * Toy blocks Medicine cabinets Product: About 8,600 medicine cabinets manufactured in the U.S. by RSI Home Products and sold at Lowe's Retail Outlet stores, through Lowe's Web site and at Home Depot Retail Outlet stores from August to October. Problem: The mirrors can detach from the cabinet and break. No injuries have been reported. Boys jackets Product: About 16,200 Warmest Jackets for boys, manufactured in Indonesia and sold by Gap Outlet, operated by Gap Inc. The jackets, which have style number 513573 printed on a white label behind the size and care label on the neckline, were sold nationwide from September to December. Problem: The jackets have a waist drawstring that could become snagged in small spaces or doorways, potentially entangling a child. No injuries have been reported. Toy blocks Product: About 170,000 Tot Tower toy blocks, manufactured in China, imported by eeBoo Corp., and sold at specialty and gift shops nationwide from January 2003 to September 2007. Problem: The plastic covering on the blocks can detach, posing a choking risk for children. The company has received two reports of the detached plastic coverings being put in children's mouths.
