Nearly a million popular baby seats have been placed under a voluntary recall.
The molded foam seats are made by "Bumbo" and have been sold by several major retailers. The Consumer Product Safety Commission says it has received 28 reports of children falling out of the seats. Three reported skull fractures. The CPSC says children can flip out of the seat when it is placed on a hard, elevated surface.
