AlaVie (Formerly Bay Area Boot Camp) Fitness Day in the Park

AlaVie is going to be hosting a FREE Fitness Day in the Park at Heather Farms on Saturday, May 10, from 9am to12pm. The group will be coaching women's, coed, and children's boot camp programs and featuring services from many of our favorite community partners. This is a great chance for people to jump start their spring/summer fitness routines and learn about health/fitness resources in our community. AlaVie offers its PowerVie Boot Camp program for women at Heather Farms Park in Walnut Creek on an ongoing basis.
