Artichoke Salsa
Ingredients

Jar marinated artichoke hearts, lightly drained, then chopped

Description
Trish's sister-in-law, Debbie, made this wonderful salsa at a family gathering and shared the recipe so that we can enjoy it too! It is great with tortilla chips or pita strips, or it can be used as a zesty sandwich spread or salad dressing.
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours prior to serving.
