  • 6.5 oz. Jar marinated artichoke hearts, lightly drained, then chopped
  • 1/4 c. pitted olives, chopped
  • 3 medium plum tomatoes, diced (vine-ripened)
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • to taste salt & pepper

DescriptionDescription  Trish's sister-in-law, Debbie, made this wonderful salsa at a family gathering and shared the recipe so that we can enjoy it too! It is great with tortilla chips or pita strips, or it can be used as a zesty sandwich spread or salad dressing.
InstructionsInstructions  Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours prior to serving.
