  • 2 green onions
  • About ½ pound fresh crab (use more or less according to taste; canned works fine too)
  • Juice of 1 lemon (you can also use zest if you want)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 package won ton wrappers
  • Egg white

DescriptionDescription  At a recent baby shower, Suzy Pak brought these delicious hors d’oeuvres – crispy won ton wrappers, stuffed with a creamy filling, dipped in a sweet and spicy sauce. Terrific party food! Thank you, Suzy, for sharing the recipe!
InstructionsInstructions  Shred the crab meat in a bowl, picking out any stray shells. Then knead in the cream cheese until the crab is completely integrated. Add green onion, lemon juice/zest, and salt and pepper to taste. Place a small ball of mixture inside the won ton wrapper and using egg white as glue, seal it. Deep fry or bake until golden brown and crispy. Serve with dipping sauce.uses a sweet chili sauce that you can find in a big glass bottle on the top shelf of the Asian food section in Safeway.
