  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup sherry (optional)

InstructionsInstructions  Dice and melt cheese in the water. Stir, increase heat. Do not boil. Add Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco. Add mustard. Keep warm. Optional, add sherry before serving.
