  • 3 tablespoons sweet butter, melted
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1 cup cashews

DescriptionDescription  Simple side dish.
InstructionsInstructions  Blanch the green beans in boiling salted water. While beans are cooking, melt the butter and add salt, pepper and parsley. Stir to mix. Drain beans and place in a warm bowl. Sprinkle cashews on top, and then pour butter mixture over the beans. Toss well, arrange in a serving dish and serve immediately.
